It's a matter of mind, over matter. If you don't have a mind, it doesn't matter! These simple words, spoken, with the comedic genius of the late, great, Groucho Marx, with his trademarked, funny glasses, and nose, and cigar, as a prop, are significant, in order to proceed, throughout life, with greater health and happiness! Will you put yourself, first, occasionally, and fully consider, examine, review, and proceed, in a way, which does all it can, to let your MIND, become a truly, valuable weapon, and, hopefully, your own best friend? With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly focus on, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, on what this means and represents, and some tasks, paths, and actions, might benefit you.
1. Motivates you/ motivation; meaningful: When was the last time, you took the time, and/ or, made the effort, to consider, what was most meaningful to you, personally, and why? What is your utmost, personal consideration, and relevant motivation? What motivates you, makes you happiest, and most fulfilled, and why would you opt, for one specific path, instead of other, courses of action?
2. Ideas; integrity (personal); imagination/ imagine: A well - developed imagination, which focuses on the finest possibilities, rather than the negatives, helps you proceed, with a willingness to imagine, the best course of action, for you, personally! Are you able to proceed, with the utmost degree of genuine, personal integrity, which might permit you, to perceive and conceive of, create, and implement, the finest ideas, which will benefit you, by making you happiest, and as, stress - free, as possible?
3. Needs (yours): If you don't address your personal needs, consistently, how will you, possibly, ever, be able, to make yourself, personally, self - satisfied? We each have some goals, needs, aspirations, etc, and, only, when we consider them, carefully, and address the best possible approaches, you will enjoy less stress, greatest health and happiness!
4. Delve deeply; discover; deliver: Don't eliminate possibilities, or, proceed, merely, along the simplistic paths, of least resistance, but, force yourself, to delve deeply, and consider possibilities, options and alternatives! Will you discover what's best, for you, and demand, you deliver, the life, you desire, and deserve?
